1. General Conditions Quelyra LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of New York, US. We operate this Site to offer sunglasses and related accessories for sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment All prices for products are in US Dollars ($). We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
- Order Processing Time: We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Location: We currently only ship within the United States.
- Shipping Rates & Times: Standard Shipping (3-6 business days) is free for all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@quelyra.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Quelyra LLC will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@quelyra.com to arrange for an exchange.
