At Quelyra LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of sunglasses and eyewear accessories. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible. This policy outlines how you can return items purchased from https://quelyra.com.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items showing signs of wear and tear, or items not in their original condition and packaging, may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@quelyra.com or call us at +1 (718) 575-2642 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Return Shipping
Quelyra LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us. Items should be shipped to: Quelyra LLC, 7222 153rd St Flushing, New York, NY 11367, US.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex) within a certain number of business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Original shipping costs are not deducted from your refund as all our standard shipping is free.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund following the process above and then placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of receiving your order at support@quelyra.com or +1 (718) 575-2642. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
Important Considerations
Please note that Quelyra LLC currently ships only within the United States. Our policies are tailored for domestic customers. We do not sell digital products, offer subscriptions, sell age-restricted items, or offer gift cards, so related clauses are not applicable.
