Every modern wall clock in our collection is carefully selected and quality-checked before it reaches you. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a fair and transparent Refund & Return Policy for our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or faulty.

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Note: Customized or special-order items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.


3. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your wall clock for a different style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly. A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost to you.
