Order Processing Time All orders placed with Quelyra LLC are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions Quelyra LLC currently ships orders only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly from the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no update for an extended period, or it’s past the expected delivery date), please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
